The property is spacious –about 90 m2, with high ceilings, wooden beams, and parquet floor; the result is a careful combination of classic & modern furniture that will provide the best comfort during your stay.
There are 2 spaces clearly separated by the entrance hall; in the back of the apartment you have 2 single beds and a mezzanine with a double bed, several closets, an office space and lounge area with sofa and TV, a fully equipped bathroom with shower - including towels and hair dryer.
The kitchen located also in this part of the property is equipped with all you might need including microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine and iron, among others.
There is also another bathroom in the hall which will lead you to the main living room, which features exclusive views to the Plaza de la Constitucion and its surroundings through balconies, a sofa and a dinning table for six persons.
Both the Plaza de la Constitution and next to it the exclusive Calle Larios are pedestrian and is where every year takes place the celebration of Holy Week - the official seats are installed right on the Plaza, as well as the tents during the Feria de Málaga celebrated in the month of August.
A privileged location to enjoy all the events and social activities of the city, whether they are commercial!
Just steps from the apartment are the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Picasso, among others, the Cathedral as well as numerous bars and restaurants and the most exclusive fashion shops. A 15 minutes walk will take you to the popular beach "Malagueta" and the public transports in the Alameda Principal you can go almost anywhere to make out the best of your stay in Malaga!
Parking -about 15 minutes away- and Internet access (through a USB modem) are both optional at an extra daily charge, as well as cleaning of the apartment during your stay which might be arranged at your convenience.
