Penthouse Constitucion
Elegant, exclusive and with an unbeatable location, the Penthouse Constitucion is a 1bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people. It’s located in a building which has been completely restored, respecting all its original details.
The property is spacious –about 60 m2, with high ceilings, wooden beams; the result is a careful combination of classic & modern furniture that will provide the best comfort during your stay.
The bedroom has a double bed and a classic wardrobe with windows facing the popular Plaza de la Constitucion.
The lounge area has a double sofa bed, 32” TV and leads to the dining room equipped with a table for four people.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine and iron, among others. The bathroom has a shower and also includes towels and hair dryer.
Penthouse Constitucion is located in a 4th floor with elevator and features a small terrace on the back of the kitchen. The lounge area and bedroom overlook the Plaza de la Constitution and its surroundings.
Both the Plaza de la Constitution and next to it the exclusive Calle Larios are pedestrian and is where every year takes place the celebration of Holy Week - the official seats are installed right on the Plaza, as well as the tents during the Feria de Málaga celebrated in the month of August.
A privileged location to enjoy all the events and social activities of the city, whether they are commercial! Just steps from the apartment are the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Picasso, among others, the Cathedral as well as numerous bars and restaurants and the most exclusive fashion shops.
A 15 minutes walk will take you to the popular beach "Malagueta" and the public transports in the Alameda Principal you can go almost anywhere to make out the best of your stay in Malaga!
Parking -about 15 minutes away- and Internet access (through a USB modem) are both optional at an extra daily charge, as well as cleaning of the apartment during your stay which might be arranged at your convenience.
