New construction complex inaugurated in 2007 composed by 35 two-bedrooms apartments (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) and 15 three-bedrooms apartments (one with double bed and two with twin beds). All the apartments have terrace and they are equipped with high quality furniture.
Kitchen with oven, microwave oven, vitro-ceramic hob (4 hotplates), washing machine, dishwasher, full cutlery, dishes, iron and board for ironing.
Refrigerator with freezer compartment.
All the apartments have two complete bathrooms with hairdryer in the main one.
Each apartment has a private parking place (free of charge) with direct access from the garage to the apartments through lift.

Cleaning and towels change three times per week in Summer and twice in Winter. Sheets change once per week.
