Malaga Holidays Hotel Booking Process
All our bookings are done in person by our central reservations team.
We do not provide an automated service.
Hotel Booking Process
1. You select your hotel
2. You fill in the enquiry form which sends us the details of your request
3. Our reservations team will send you a quote by email
4. You email us back to confirm that you want to book
5. We give you further instructions on how to complete the booking. You can either fax us your payment details or book through our secure bookings pages.
Car Hire Booking Process
We pass your car hire enquiry straight to our trusted partner - Malagacar.com - and they will process your booking.
Security
We will not ask you to send us your credit card details by email as this is not secure. All credit card and other payment details must be faxed to us, or made through our secure bookings pages.
The security of your details is of paramount importance to us.
Privacy
We will not give your email address or any other details to any unauthorised third party or individual.
We will not sell your email address or any other details to unauthorised third party or individual.
As some services are provided by third party companies, we have a necessity to pass on your contact details to them, however, they are duty bound to keep all your contact details confidential.
We will not send you any SPAM or JUNK emails.
We may contact you from time to time (no more than 4 times per year) with details of our own special offers.
