The province C?diz has borders in the north with the Provinces of Huelva and Seville, in the east with M?laga and contains at the strait of Gibraltar both the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. You reach C?diz from Seville by the national road IV and from the other coastal cities along the mediterranean Sea by the Autov?a del Mediterr?neo AP-7. The only civil airport of the province lies in Jerez.
The climate in Cadiz is mediterranean and due to its closeness to the Atlantic Ocean in Winter it can be very rainy. The winters are mild but in the interior there can be frost. In summer the temperature sometimes can rise above 104?F. The average annual at the coast is around 64?F.

There are as well typical festivities as for instance the Carnival of C?diz or the horse races at the beach of Sanl?car.
