New construction complex inaugurated in 2007 composed by 20 semidetached villas with three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds) and three bathrooms.
Each villa has private garden and parking place (free of charge).
The villas are are equipped with high quality furniture, TV, air-conditioning and direct telephone.
Free Internet service in all villas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, vitroceramic hob (4 hotplates), washing machine, dishwasher, full cutlery, dishes, iron and board for ironing. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Hairdryer in the main bathroom.
Communal gardens and one big swimming pool for adults plus one small for children.
Cleaning and towels change three times per week in Summer and twice in Winter. Sheets change once per week.
Distance to the beach: 2 km.
Reception is located in the Atalayas de Riviera complex. Open everyday from 10 to 23 h. For arrivals out of this time, it is necessary to notify the approximate arrival time.
Quick and easy communication from the motorway A-7, exit 200, Calahonda.
In Calahonda there are two golf courses (18 holes): Miraflores Golf and Cala Nova Golf and one sports center with tennis courts, sauna, gymnasium... (on payment).
